An Integrated System for Urban Public Safety Monitoring and Analysis (SISMAP)
Abstract
Urban public security requires integrated platforms and analytical rigor in the face of rapid urbanization and the dispersion of heterogeneous data. This article presents the Integrated System for Monitoring, Geospatial Analysis, and Evaluation of Urban Public Security (SISMAP), a web-based system that centralizes the recording and analysis of criminal incidents, provides multilayer geospatial visualizations, applies time-series predictive models (Prophet), and performs operational efficiency evaluation through Data Envelopment Analysis. By transforming dispersed data into clear indicators, SISMAP supports decision-makers in formulating evidence-based policies and optimizing resource allocation.References
