Integração Academia-Mercado na Área de Computação: Um Mapeamento Sistemático
Resumo
Este artigo de revisão sistemática analisa a integração entre academia e mercado na área de computação, um tema relevante pela crescente demanda por profissionais qualificados. O objetivo é explorar práticas dessa integração, como programas de estágio, co-criação de currículos e metodologias de ensino voltadas à prática. A colaboração entre instituições e empresas melhora a formação dos estudantes, destacando habilidades práticas e interpessoais. Contudo, desafios como adaptação curricular e resistência cultural foram identificados. O estudo ressalta a importância de ajustar currículos às demandas do mercado e sugere a necessidade de mais pesquisas sobre a implementação dessas práticas.Referências
