The Proceedings of the 19th Regional Database School (ERBD 2024) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of event held from April 10 to 12, 2024, organized by the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) in the city of Farroupilha/RS, Brazil. In this issue, the proceedings include 15 Research papers and 07 Demo papers. These papers were selected through a blind review from a total of 26 submitted papers, of which 24 were selected, resulting in an acceptance rate of 92% (two of the selected papers were not presented and are not included in the proceedings). The event's program committee was coordinated by Carlos Andres Ferrero (IFSC) and Daniel Lichtnow (UFSM), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/05/2024, accepted for publication on 03/13/2024, with the final version submitted on 03/25/2024.
