The Proceedings of the 21st Regional Database School (ERBD 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held from April 22 to 24, 2026, in the city of Dois Vizinhos, Paraná, Brazil, which had the theme "Databases at the Heart of Data Science: From Raw Data to Knowledge Discovery". In this edition, the proceedings include 15 research papers and 5 demo papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind review process, from a total of 26 research papers and 8 demo papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 57.7% and 62.5%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Ricardo Augusto Manfredini (IFRS) and Lilian do Nascimento Araujo (IFPR), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/06/2026, accepted for publication on 04/01/2026, with the final version submitted on 04/14/2026.
