Business e Analytics Intelligence: Revisão Sistematizada das Funcionalidades e Aplicações do Qlik Sense e Microsoft Power BI
Resumo
Ferramentas de análise e inteligência de negócios têm se tornado peças-chave no processo de tomada de decisões nos negócios. Este estudo visa relacionar as principais funcionalidades e aplicações de duas ferramentas de Business Intelligence: Qlik Sense e Microsoft Power BI. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistematizada utilizando as ferramentas StArt e VOSviewer. Foram analisadas 62 publicações dos últimos 10 anos, as quais demonstram que as ferramentas têm sido aplicadas em diversos estudos ao redor do mundo, mas nem sempre com suas funcionalidades detalhadas.
