Abstract

This article presents the development of a mobile application to organize academic activities, using Design Thinking as a development methodology and Kanban as a task management technique. The goal is to provide a tool that facilitates study planning by integrating Moodle data and allowing users to input their own tasks. The methodology involved interviews with students and teachers to understand their needs, followed by prototyping and testing. Results show improvements in user organization, with high approval ratings for the app's usability, indicating that the tool can enhance productivity and academic planning.
