Computer technology adoption in ADHD.

Abstract

ADHD is a neurobiological condition. This work aims to identify which factors influence the adoption of computer technologies applied to support the diagnosis and treatment phases of ADHD. An RSL was carried out to verify the leading technologies currently used. Then, case studies were conducted with experts, seeking empirical knowledge about the phenomenon. As next steps, we intend to carry out the statistical verification of the intention to use computational technologies with health professionals. Then, a proposal will be made to adapt the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) to the context of ADHD.
