Riscos em projetos de BPM no setor público: Uma visão da equipe de execução do projeto
Resumo
A gestão de riscos por vezes é negligenciada por muitos gestores de projetos. A considerar projetos no setor público e relacionados à gestão de processos, gerir os riscos podem ser decisivos na performance do projeto e dos processos de negócio aos servidores públicos e cidadãos. Um dos motivos que podem direcionar o projeto ao sucesso ou ao fracasso é não conhecer os riscos envolvidos. O objetivo deste trabalho foca em mapear os riscos relacionados a projetos de Business Process Management (BPM) no setor público. Para perceber e identificar os riscos, foram utilizadas evidências da gestão de riscos de um projeto Government-to-Government de BPM. Como resultado, é apresentada uma lista de riscos validada e categorizada, que pode ser o ponto de partida para a gestão de riscos em projetos de BPM no setor público.Referências
