Índice de Experiência de Usuário em Realidade Virtual imersiva: uma proposta de questionário padronizado

Introdução: Levando em conta os aspectos particulares da Experiência de Usuário (UX) em Realidade Virtual (RV) imersiva, construtos psicológicos como presença ou cybersickness não são apenas conceitos abstratos: eles têm impacto prático na interação dos usuários com a tecnologia. Objetivo: Esta pesquisa apresenta o desenvolvimento e a avaliação empírica do índice de Experiência de Usuário em Realidade Virtual imersiva (iUXRV) para o contexto brasileiro. Metodologia ou Etapas: O processo de criação envolveu a proposição de itens com base em análise de conteúdo e a escolha dos melhores itens a partir da avaliação de especialistas. Depois de um estudo piloto, um experimento com 77 participantes garantiu a coleta de 154 questionários completos que foram analisados por meio de Modelagem de Equações Estruturadas por Mínimos Quadrados Parciais. Resultados: Contendo 25 itens distribuídos em cinco componentes-chave – usabilidade, estética, presença, VR sickness e emoções – a versão final do iUXRV apresenta evidências de validade e um modelo estrutural estável que viabilizam seu uso.
