Entre Normas e Práticas: Um Estudo sobre o Envolvimento da Computação com os Comitês de Ética em Pesquisa no Brasil
Resumo
Introdução: O estudo analisa como a comunidade de Computação no Brasil se relaciona com os Comitês de Ética em Pesquisa (CEPs), cuja aprovação é obrigatória em pesquisas com pessoas, mas ainda encontra resistência. Objetivo: Investigar percepções, práticas e desafios da área frente ao sistema CEP/Conep, identificando dilemas éticos e possibilidades de avanço moral. Metodologia ou Etapas: Pesquisa interpretativa, abordagem mista, com questionário (85 respostas) e entrevistas (20 participantes), analisadas por conteúdo e discurso. Resultados: A maioria valoriza os CEPs, mas adota práticas inconsistentes; surgem relativismo ético, desconhecimento e críticas ao domínio da Saúde. Estratégias incluem maior participação da Computação nos CEPs, ações formativas e clareza institucional sobre exigências.
