The Proceedings of the 6th Brazilian Symposium on Systematic and Automated Software Testing (SAST 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held in Joinville/SC, from September 28-29, 2021, as part of the 12th Brazilian Conference on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2021). In this issue, the proceedings include 7 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 16 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 43,75%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Wesley K. G. Assunção (PUC-Rio, Brazil) and Marcelo Eler (EACH-USP, Brazil), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/23/2021, accepted for publication on 08/13/2021, with the final version submitted on 08/20/2021.
