The Companion Proceedings of the 33rd International Symposium on Computer Architecture and High Performance Computing (SBAC-PAD 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held in Belo Horizonte/MG, from October 26-28, 2021. In this issue, the proceedings bring together the articles presented in two of the events integrated to the Symposium: Workshop on Applications for Multi-Core Architectures (WAMCA 2021) and Workshop on Cloud Computing (WCC 2021). These papers were selected through a double-blind review. This volume was organized by Maria Clicia Castro (UERJ), Samuel Xavier de Souza (UFRN) and Phillippe Navaux (UFRGS) – WAMCA 2021 Program Chairs; Philippe Navaux (UFRGS), Francisco Brasileiro (UFCG), Márcio Castro (UFSC), Matheus S. Serpa (UFRGS), Priscila Solis (UnB) and Thais Batista (UFRN) – WCC 2021 Chairs. The articles that make up the WAMCA 2021 were submitted on 09/17/2021, accepted for publication on 09/24/2021, with the final version submitted on 09/30/2021. The articles that make up the WCC 2021 were submitted on 09/10/2021, accepted for publication on 09/26/2021, with the final version submitted on 10/02/2021.
