Ensino de planejamento e história administrativo-industrial por meio de um jogo de estratégia
Resumo
Introdução: O ensino das dinâmicas históricas e econômicas das transformações industriais continua desafiador, pois exige que os estudantes relacionem processos abstratos, como acumulação de capital, mudança tecnológica e obsolescência. Métodos expositivos tradicionais, em geral, têm dificuldade para tornar essas relações tangíveis. Objetivo: Este artigo apresenta a concepção, o desenvolvimento e a validação de um jogo de tabuleiro educacional voltado ao ensino da história industrial e do planejamento estratégico. Metodologia: O trabalho seguiu um processo iterativo de design, combinando revisão bibliográfica, modelagem histórico-técnica, prototipagem de baixa fidelidade, ciclos sucessivos de testes e análise qualitativa do feedback dos jogadores. Resultados: O artefato final resultou em uma experiência estratégica mais fluida que os protótipos iniciais, reduzindo a carga aritmética, ampliando a autonomia durante a partida e reforçando a visibilidade pedagógica dos trade-offs entre capital, inovação e obsolescência tecnológica.
