Muito além do Pull: Uma Musume e jogos gacha como infraestrutura de valor na economia criativa
Resumo
Introdução: Os sistemas gacha se consolidaram como modelos expressivos na indústria de jogos digitais, mas ainda são pouco explorados na produção acadêmica brasileira, evidenciando uma lacuna na compreensão de suas dimensões econômicas e culturais. Objetivo: analisar criticamente o jogo Uma Musume: Pretty Derby enquanto estudo de caso, investigando de que modo seu modelo gacha ultrapassa a lógica de monetização direta e se configura como um dispositivo de inovação na economia criativa, ao mobilizar práticas culturais, dinâmicas comunitárias e circuitos econômicos indiretos que potencialmente ampliam e sustentam seu valor. Metodologia: A pesquisa adota abordagem qualitativa e exploratória, combinando estudo de caso e análise documental. Inclui mapeamento sistemático da literatura do SBGames (2018–2025) e considera materiais do jogo, dados de mercado, práticas de fãs e produtos não licenciados. Resultados: Demonstra-se que jogos gacha operam como ecossistemas ampliados de valor, nos quais consumo, cultura e pertencimento se articulam, contribuindo para o avanço do debate nos Game Studies brasileiros.
