The Proceedings of the 25th Brazilian Symposium on Programming Languages (SBLP 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held in Joinville/SC, from September 30 to October 1, 2021, as part of the 12th Brazilian Conference on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2021). In this issue, the proceedings include 14 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 28 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 50%. The event's program committee was coordinated by João Paulo Fernandes (Universidade do Porto), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 05/23/2021, accepted for publication on 07/09/2021, with the final version submitted on 07/26/2021.
