A Risk Monitoring Model for Agile Projects
Abstract
The adoption of Agile and DevOps practices can conceal risks such as failures, delays, and low code quality. This article presents a monitoring model that integrates technical and managerial perspectives, centralizing and automating the collection of real-time metrics. The solution provides immediate visibility into project status, enabling rapid anomaly detection and making risk management proactive, transparent, and aligned with strategic and tactical decisions.
