Abstract

The Ladies in Cyber project promotes inclusion and female empowerment in cybersecurity through training, lectures and events. Partnerships with companies and universities generate internships and jobs, while the inaugural training track filled 32 vacancies. The initiative improve diversity in teams, expands career opportunities, empowers women and encourages gender equality in the sector.
