Guia de Ações para um Scrum Master
Resumo
Este artigo propõe um Guia de Ações para Scrum Masters, reunindo responsabilidades, práticas, checklists e métricas que apoiam a aplicação do framework Scrum em conjunto com o Kanban. O material foi desenvolvido a partir de revisão bibliográfica, questionários com profissionais e avaliação por especialistas. O guia busca fortalecer a liderança servidora e apoiar a melhoria contínua no contexto do CCA-SJ e da Força Aérea Brasileira.
