The Proceedings of the 15th Clouds ans Applications Workshop (WCGA 2017) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Belém on May 19. WCGA as part of the 35th Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC 2017). The articles in this volume were submitted on April 6, 2017, accepted for publication on April 21, 2017, with the final version submitted on April 27, 2017.
