EstágioConnect: Uma Proposta de Plataforma Baseada em Peer Learning para Redução do Skill Gap e Integração Social de Universitários
Resumo
Este artigo apresenta a proposta da EstágioConnect, uma plataforma baseada em Work Integrated Learning (WIL) que busca democratizar o desenvolvimento profissional. A solução proposta visa integrar o diagnóstico de requisitos do mercado, capacitação por peer learning e curadoria de MOOCs. Atualmente em fase de especificação de arquitetura e prototipação, o projeto propõe um ecossistema que permite ao estudante assumir o protagonismo de sua carreira. Pretende-se, futuramente, realizar um estudo exploratório para avaliar a percepção de utilidade e o potencial impacto da ferramenta na prontidão profissional dos graduandos.Referências
