Uma Arquitetura Baseada em Eventos para Desenvolvimento de Políticas de Escalonamento de Processos

Resumo


Sistemas baseados em eventos fornecem abstrações específicas que facilitam o desenvolvimento e a manutenção de políticas em diversos domínios. Embora as políticas de escalonamento de processos sejam geralmente descritas a partir de eventos do sistema (e.g., bloqueio e desbloqueio de processos), a implementação de escalonadores reais não explora tal modelo. Este artigo apresenta uma arquitetura baseada em eventos voltada ao desenvolvimento de escalonadores de processos e sua implementação no núcleo do Linux.
