Mineração de Subárvores Frequentes em Árvores Filogenéticas usando Conjuntos de Itens Frequentes Maximais
Resumo
A análise filogenética permite inferir relações evolutivas entre sequências biológicas. Contudo, diferentes métodos podem gerar árvores distintas a partir do mesmo conjunto de dados, o que resulta em múltiplas hipóteses plausíveis. Abordagens como as árvores de consenso buscam sintetizar essa variabilidade, mas podem ocultar conflitos topológicos e descartar sinais evolutivos relevantes. Este artigo apresenta o PhyloTreeMiner, um workflow para mineração de subárvores frequentes como alternativa ao consenso. A proposta identifica padrões topológicos recorrentes em múltiplas árvores com base no valor de suporte. O problema é modelado como a mineração de conjuntos de itens frequentes maximais, o que reduz o custo computacional. Os resultados são armazenados no Neo4j, permitindo consultas que integram topologia e metadados.
