Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 16th Brazilian Symposium on Bioinformatics (BSB 2023) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Curitiba/PR, Brazil, from June 13-16, 2023. In this issue, the proceedings include 13 full papers and 01 short paper. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 20 full papers and 04 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 65% and 25%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Marcelo S. Reis (UNICAMP, Brazil) and Raquel C. de Melo-Minardi (UFMG, Brazil), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/22/2023, accepted for publication on 05/15/2023, with the final version submitted on 05/31/2023.
