Current Issue
The Companion Proceedings of the 11th Brazilian Symposium on Bioinformatics (BSB 2018) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Niterói, during the period October 30 to November 1. This issue of the companion proceedings includes 7 (seven) short papers. These papers were selected through a blind peer-review process, from a total of 14 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 50%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Daniel de Oliveira (UFF) and Luis Kowada (UFF), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on July 12, accepted for publication on September 16, with the final version submitted on October 1.
