The 10th Brazilian Congress of Computers in Education (CBIE 2021) was held in the online format, from November 22 to 26, 2021, with a joint organization between the Federal University Pernambuco (UFPE) and the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel). This edition had the theme "From Nau to BANI: Decolonial Design for Computers in Education". The publication was coordinated by the Publication chair, professor Rafael D. Araújo (UFU), who organized the volumes together with the coordinators of each event. The proceedings with the scientific papers accepted and presented in the CBIE 2020 events were published in the volumes listed below.
