The Proceedings of the 32nd Brazilian Symposium on Computers in Education (SBIE 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event held from 22 to 26 November 2021, as part of the 10th Brazilian Congress on Computers in Education (CBIE 2021) which had the theme "From Nau to BANI: Decolonial Design for Computers in Education". In this issue, the proceedings include 117 full papers, which were selected through a double-blind peer review, with an acceptance rate of 30%. The event's Program Committee was coordinated by Ana Marilza Pernas (UFPel) and Leomar Soares da Rosa Junior (UFPel) who organized this volume together with Rafael Dias Araújo (UFU), CBIE 2021 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on July 26, 2021, accepted for publication on August 31, 2021, with the camera-ready version submitted on September 18, 2021.
SBIE 2021 included six thematic tracks:
- Track 1: Methodological and Technological Approaches for Basic and Higher Education, coordinated by Hiran N. M. Ferreira (IFSULDEMINAS) and Taffarel Brant-Ribeiro (IFSULDEMINAS), pages 01 to 269;
- Track 2: Educational Games and Innovative Technology for Education, coordinated by Fernando Pimentel (UFAL), Daniel Augusto Monteiro de Barros (UFAL) and Marco Túlio Caraciolo Ferreira Albuquerque (Manifesto Game Studio), pages 270 to 537;
- Track 3: Human Factors in Digital Technology in Education, coordinated by Isabel Nunes (UFRN) and Tatiana Aires Tavares (UFPel), pages 538 to 727;
- Track 4: Intelligent and Adaptive Systems, coordinated by Anarosa Brandão (USP), Diana Adamatti (FURG), and Giseli Rabello Lopes (UFRJ), pages 728 to 930;
- Track 5: Computational Design and Thinking, coordinated by Fernando Pimentel (UFAL) and Marco Túlio Caraciolo Ferreira Albuquerque (Manifesto Game Studio), pages 931 to 1106;
- Track 6: Technologies in Computing Education, coordinated by Pasqueline Dantas Scaico (UFPB) and Rozelma Soares de França (UFRPE), pages 1107 to 1339.
