Aproximando Indústria e Academia para Formação e Captação de Talentos em Desenvolvimento de Software no Sertão do Ceará: Um Relato de Experiência Preliminar sobre o Programa mandacaru.dev
Abstract
Grounded on the industry-academy alliance, mandacaru.dev has the purpose of polishing talents from the backlands of Ceará through an immersive educational program in line with the digital challenges of B3, PDtec, and BLK, in partnership with the Federal University of Ceará. This paper aims to share an initial experience report covering such a program, including its preliminary results. As a contribution, an experience report based on the market-academy cooperation to train and attract talents in software development is discussed.
