Priorização de Dívidas Técnicas Orientada a Negócios com Tracy-TD: Estudo de caso na empresa COMEIA
Abstract
Context: Technical Debt (TD) refers to low-quality solutions for an immediate benefit that needs to be resolved later. Problem: A project may have a volume of TDs, making its full settlement unfeasible. It is necessary to prioritize them to focus on the TDs with the most significant risk to the project. Objective: Contribute to the business-aligned TD prioritization approach. Method: Case study with industry professionals. Results: We identified the level of alignment between the technical and business views, prioritization rule, and factors that impact the prioritization of TDs. Conclusion: The validity of the Tracy approach was conferred in the new environment, and an opportunity to unfold the research was observed.
