Resumo


La investigación se centra en los jefes de proyecto IT, analizando su habilidad de pensamiento crítico y su comportamiento en la toma de decisiones complejas. El objetivo principal es proporcionar herramientas para fortalecer esta competencia, que podría convertirse en un valor diferencial clave para estos profesionales en el proceso de adopción de la IA Generativa (GenAI).
