How do software engineers perceive their productivity when working remotely?

Abstract


Remote work became more established after the COVID-19 pandemic. As large companies look to return to the office, this study analyzes the perceptions of software engineers in Mexico, Spain, Colombia, and Argentina regarding teleworking.
