The Proceedings of the 7th Dataset Showcase Workshop (DSW 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Fortaleza/CE, Brazil, from September 29 to October 2, 2025, as part of the 40th Brazilian Symposium on Databases (SBBD 2025). In this edition, the proceedings include 08 papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review, from a total of 14 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 51.5%. This volume was organized by Carina F. Dorneles (UFSC), Michele A. Brandão (UFMG), and Mirella M. Moro (UFMG), coordinators of DSW 2025. The articles in this volume were submitted on 06/30/2025, accepted for publication on 07/30/2025, with the final version submitted on 08/12/2025.
