The Proceedings of the 6th Dataset Showcase Workshop (DSW 2024) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Florianópolis/SC, Brazil, from October 14-17, 2024, as part of the 39th Brazilian Symposium on Databases (SBBD 2024). In this edition, the proceedings include 12 papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review, from a total of 17 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 70.6%. This volume was organized by Michele A. Brandão (IFMG), Carina F. Dorneles (UFSC), and Mirella M. Moro (UFMG), coordinators of DSW 2024, and by Humberto Razente (UFU), publications chair of SBBD 2024. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/22/2024, accepted for publication on 08/23/2024, with the final version submitted on 09/06/2024.
