Proposal of a suite of benchmarks for Stream Processing in Multi-Core Systems

Abstract


The increase in the volume of data generated by computer systems and the need for fast processing of the data stream is leveraging the processing area. However, there is still a benchmark to assist developers and researchers. This paper aims to propose a suite of benchmarks for stream processing on multi-core architectures and discusses the features needed to develop this suite.
