ERAD / RS 20 years: Who made this story?

Abstract

The Regional High Performance School of the Southern Region (ERAD / RS), Itinerant event created in 2001 with a focus on RS, has expanded over the years, aiming to disseminate scientific production and qualify professionals from the southern region in High Performance Processing (PAD). In its twentieth edition, it reached almost 1200 works that tell the evolution of South-Brazilian research in PAD. This study explores, with techniques of Social Network Analysis and Academic Genealogy, the publications of the twenty editions, identifying the authors and groups that stood out in this story. Its results provide subsidies to the Regional High Performance Commission for the recognition of researchers and relationships that built the twenty years of ERAD / RS.
