Abstract

Various elasticity solutions have been developed and implemented for virtual machine-based environments. However, the exploration of elasticity methods for container-based computing environments is still unsolved. In this context, this project aims to study and implement techniques to enable the automatic and dynamic allocation of resources in Docker containers. As a result, the goal is to validate the implemented mechanism and analyze how this feature can impact the performance and behavior of containerized applications.
