The Proceedings of the 13th Regional School of High-Performance Computing of São Paulo (ERAD-SP 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, from April 07-09, 2022, and organized by the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). In this issue, the proceedings include 11 papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind review. The event's program committee was coordinated by Alfredo Goldman (USP) and Flávia Pisani (UNICAMP), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted until 02/18/2022, and accepted for publication on 03/18/2022, with the final version submitted on 03/27/2022.
