Revisão Sistemática Sobre os Efeitos da Introdução Precoce de Dispositivos Eletrônicos e de Telas na Fase Infantil

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma revisão sistemática sobre os efeitos da introdução precoce de dispositivos eletrônicos e do uso de telas na fase infantil. O objetivo é analisar os impactos relacionados ao uso prolongado de telas por crianças, além de identificar a idade mais adequada para essa exposição. Também se busca identificar orientações baseadas em evidências sobre o uso saudável de tecnologias digitais no desenvolvimento infantil. A pesquisa se baseou em estudos disponíveis nas plataformas Scopus, Science Direct e Spring Link, publicados entre 2013 e 2023. Concluiu-se que, o uso precoce de dispositivos eletrônicos pode impactar significativamente o desenvolvimento infantil, tanto positiva quanto negativamente. A supervisão e o equilíbrio no tempo de tela são essenciais para promover um desenvolvimento saudável.
