Uso de Assistentes Virtuais Inteligentes em Auxílio à Educação Para Cegos: Um Mapeamento Sistemático
Resumo
Este artigo investiga o uso de Assistentes Virtuais Inteligentes (AVIs) na educação de pessoas cegas, visando analisar seu estado da arte e impacto pedagógico. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura em bases como Scopus, IEEE e Web of Science, abrangendo publicações de 2018 a 2023. Os resultados mostram um crescente interesse no uso de AVIs, embora haja pouca ênfase em soluções pedagógicas avançadas. Conclui-se que, apesar do potencial dos AVIs, há necessidade de mais pesquisas sobre sua eficácia educacional.Referências
