Virtual Learning Objects for Digital Inclusion: A Systematic Review
Abstract
The increase in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has been gradually modifying the forms of learning. Considering that access to ICT has occurred with less intensity than expected, for a variety of reasons, initiatives that promote Digital Inclusion are important in order to ensure that a portion of the population, the digital excluded, have equal social, technical, economic and educational. Hence the importance of relating the Virtual Learning Objects (OVA) and solutions designed to reduce or eliminate this Digital Exclusion. The objective of this study was a Systematic Review of Literature (RSL), on the trends in OVA development and application in the different areas of teaching and especially know the exclusive solutions for Digital Inclusion. It can be noticed that there is a certain interest in objects that use simulation resources of concepts and techniques, no solutions were found directed exclusively to Digital Inclusion in the selected works according to the criteria pre defined by this research.
