Sistemas de Reputação: Uma Análise em Plataformas de Crowdtesting
Abstract
Reputation systems play an important role in the crowdtesting platforms. We analized five crowdtesting plataform focus on reputation systems. Differents mechanisms of reputation systems was presented. Crowdtesting platforms strongly use competitive reputation as an incentive for testers to perform their tasks. The negative reputation decreases the probability of crowdtester receiving new projects. We presented some suggestions to crowdtester improve their reputation.
