Princípios ágeis na indústria farmacêutica: um estudo de caso
Abstract
This paper presents use aspects of agile methodologies in the projects management of a pharmaceutical industry. The principles of agility were studied through the Scrum methodology, and applied in the project management sector of the company. As a case study, different deployment scenarios were reported and analyzed, where it was observed that the adaptation of the Scrum method to the organizational context of the company had a good adherence. The result was classified as positive, as it brought improvements to the process, in the communication between sectors, in the visibility of projects progress, as well as a better forecast of deliveries.
