Uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura em Processos de Implantação de Software: Resultados Preliminares
Resumo
O processo de implantação de software é uma fase crucial para o sucesso, apesar dos desafios que podem levar a falhas. Com o objetivo de contribuir para uma implantação eficaz, esta revisão sistemática da literatura analisou os processos existentes, seus domínios e aplicações, utilizando uma pesquisa bibliográfica em bases de dados acadêmicas como Scopus, IEEE Xplore e ACM Digital Library. Através de uma string de busca e critérios de avaliação, a pesquisa revelou que os processos podem ter a variação de atores, fases e domínios de aplicação. Apesar das variações, o resultado esperado é sempre a implantação do software em um ambiente de produção. Esta revisão demonstra que a implantação é uma fase crítica para o sucesso dos projetos e sugere estudos empíricos para validar os processos identificados.
