Application of the GenderMag method for gender inclusion in Home Broker development
Abstract
This article presents the use of the GenderMag method to aid in the development of inclusive home broker platforms for women. The study aims to provide a step-by-step guide for applying the method, detailing how its facets can be used to identify and address usability barriers. Common home broker platform functionalities, such as account opening, portfolio management, and investment execution, are analyzed to demonstrate how the method can promote a more inclusive experience. By focusing on gender-specific usability issues, the research contributes to the creation of more democratic financial tools.References
