A Human-Computer Interaction Analysis of the COBALTO Application Usability
Abstract
Cobalto UFPel is a free application for mobile devices that provides information relevant to the academic life of students at Universidade Federal de Pelotas. This platform is responsible for providing information on schedules, transport, tests, attendance, history, among other relevant data for students and teachers. This work consists of a user satisfaction survey and analysis of the obtained results. Most users participating in the survey define the Cobalto UFPel application as useful and easy to use, even though it has several errors that affect its use and does not have significant accessibility features.
