MeuIF: An application for managing school attendance and optimizing procedures in the pedagogical section of IFPR Campus Cascavel

Abstract

Within the scope of the Federal Institute of Paraná, Cascavel Campus the need to develop software capable of optimizing daily tasks for students and the Pedagogical and Educational Affairs Section (SEPAE) was raised. In this context, this work developed the MeuIF application, aimed at Android devices, which helps SEPAE in identifying school dropouts, through automatic analysis of each student's school attendance. Furthermore, contributing to the control of PNAE withdrawals by students. In addition, it also helps in managing late arrivals and early departures of students. The development of the MeuIF application was implemented in the Android Studio environment, using the Java programming language, while relevant information is stored and managed via Google Cloud. In conclusion, the development of the MeuIF application represents a significant advance in optimizing and simplifying the daily activities of students and SEPAE. By meeting the pressing need to improve operations.
