Estudo de Caso de um Robô Social Integrado com LLM Interagindo em Ambientes Públicos
Resumo
Robôs com habilidades sociais são importantes para a Sociedade 5.0. O advento dos modelos de linguagem de grande escala (LLMs) pode representar um avanço significativo neste processo. Este trabalho contribui nesse contexto ao apresentar um estudo de caso envolvendo o uso de um robô social integrado a uma LLM capaz de responder a perguntas feitas por pessoas utilizando voz e gestos. Um estudo preliminar de desempenho de LLMs locais e remotas é seguido de estudos de caso realizados em dois ambientes distintos: um laboratório de pesquisa com visitantes e um evento com grande fluxo de pessoas. São apresentadas sugestões para futuras aplicações de LLMs na interação de robôs com pessoas.
