The Proceedings of the 11th Brazilian Symposium on Software Components, Architectures, and Reuse (SBCARS 2017) bring the papers selected and presented in the city of Fortaleza/CE, Brazil, from September 18 to 19, 2017, as part of the 8th Brazilian Congress on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2017). In this issue, the proceedings include 13 full papers. All the papers received at least three reviews. The event's program committee was coordinated by Márcio Ribeiro (UFAL), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/15/2017, and accepted for publication on 08/11/2017, with the final version submitted on 08/16/2017.
