The Proceedings of the 15th Brazilian Symposium on Software Components, Architectures, and Reuse (SBCARS 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held in Joinville/SC, from September 27-28, 2021, as part of the 12th Brazilian Conference on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2021). In this issue, the proceedings include 11 full papers. These papers were selected through a triple-blind review, from a total of 20 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 55%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Rodrigo Bonifácio (UnB), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 07/23/2021, accepted for publication on 08/23/2021, with the final version submitted on 08/30/2021.
