SCOrE: um serviço de classificação de usuários móveis com base em seus aplicativos e suas cidades

Tem-se percebido um aumento significativo na coleta e disponibilidade de dados oriundos de dispositivos móveis. Esses dados, em sua maioria geolocalizados, podem ser usados para se extrair o perfil de comportamento e interesse de usuários. Com isso, empresas podem oferecer serviços melhores e mais personalizados, e a comunidade científica pode avançar no entendimento sobre o comportamento humano. Neste contexto, este trabalho investiga se é possível extrair com qualidade o perfil de usuários móveis considerando apenas os aplicativos instalados, a população e o PIB/capita da cidade do usuário. Foi criado o serviço SCOrE que classifica o usuário em três perspectivas: interesses em locais específicos, visitas a regiões com características funcionais específicas e mobilidade. Com isso, foi possível entender alguns interesses de usuários móveis com base em dados menos invasivos dos mesmos, avançando assim o conhecimento sobre a área.
