Location Privacy in Mobile Services: Pointed Triangle-Based k-Anonymity
Abstract
The proposed work presents an innovative strategy to support privacy for localization in queries to Location Based Service (LBS). The key idea of the approach relies on point-based structures as anonimity region. Analytical and experimental results have shown its effective quality in terms of replies to the users. In particular, the replies to the private queries have been more accurate using an cooperative LBS which provides extended routes. The concept of Cooperative LBS is presented with some results which demonstrate its use in the context of private queries.References
